Has anyone else's left thumbstick worn away to the plastic yet??
mine have,
have bought covers to protect the remaining rubber lol,

piss poor quality for a £50 pad!!!

Mine is ok at the moment, but the texture of the left thumbstick is gradually wearing away. It has been reported quite extensively on gaming sites and seems like quite a widespread issue. I wonder whether you can get Sony to replace it for you. Technically the controller is under the same warranty as the console and it is clearly defective.

I have just ordered a second controller (£35.99 from Game.co.uk with the 'EASTER11' promotional code if anyone needs one) so hopefully this fares better. I can't imagine that Sony will wait too long before changing the material for something a little more durable, if they haven't already.
